We anxiously look forward to your help as you, as former study abroad students have valuable information to share. (1) As a "Student Study Abroad Advisors" you can ●Objectively look back at your own study abroad experience ●There are opportunities to provide counseling and give presentations for your own learning. ●Play a major role in helping manage and plan study abroad related events and seminars. ●Help manage major events such as Study Abroad Event sponsored by the Center for International Education. We look forward to registering those who will be pro-active volunteers. (2)Advisory Period During regular semester period (We have no activities planned during the winter, spring and summer holiday period) Major Events up to now (2nd Semester of 2005 ) October: Study Abroad Fair 2nd Semester, Pre-application Study Abroad Counseling(Information Room) November: Cross Cultural Exchange Event (An exchange event with international students from Waseda University) December: Student Exchange Event for study abroad students and student study abroad advisors and 2006 2nd semester study abroad students Others: ● Foster closer relations with Waseda University Partner Universities, Embassies and officials from overseas institutions. ●Participate in welcome party for new international students ●Participate in events for international students (3)Location of major activities Waseda, Building 22, Information Room (4)Schedule for Study Abroad Advisory Activities We can adjust to your university schedules. Counseling takes place at the Center for International Education's Information Room during regular counseling hours (Monday through Friday, from 12:00 to 17:00). (5) How to register After completing the below please hand it to one of the staff members at the Center for International Education on the 4th floor of building 22.
