For SILS students
SILS students have to ask their academic advisor to write Report of Study Abroad Readiness Evaluation. The format can be received at SILS Office or Information Room (3rd Floor, #22 Bld.) Please receive the format beforehand and ask the academic advisor as you ask him/her to write the Assessment Form.
